Davis Corley co-founded Newton in 2012, leading the company from early-stage development to full commercialization. Under his leadership, the company is creating a new category of spectacle lenses that not only provide excellent vision but also provide symptom relief for patients who suffer from the symptoms of eye misalignment. He began his career at McGladrey, LLP, a CPA firm with the intent of gaining a wide array of business processes and financial discipline. During his time at McGladrey, he completed his CPA with distinction as a senior associate of McGladrey. In 2010, he joined a group of Silicon Valley and San Diego-based serial entrepreneurs where he focused on company incubation, fund raising, and operations. Davis formerly held the CPA designation, holds a master’s degree in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of San Diego, as well as his bachelor’s in accounting.
